Yogurt Salad Dressing
This yogurt salad dressing is simple to make with a creamy blend of yogurt and sour cream flavored with herbs. It's a quick and easy dressing with a variety of uses.

Yield: Approximately 1 1/2 cups

3 Ingredients Needed:
* plain yogurt 1 cup
* sour cream 1/2 cup
dried herbs and spices of choice 1/2 to 1 tsp (or to taste)
(try one of the following herbs or spices: chili powder, cilantro, cumin, dill, garlic, oregano, parsely, rosemary, tarragon, thyme)
* Quick Tip to Reduce Fat: use low-fat or nonfat yogurt and sour cream
For a Sweet Dressing: Substitute honey, fruit preserves or maple syrup for the herbs

1. In a small mixing bowl, stir all the ingredients until thoroughly combined.
2. Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
