This yogurt cinnamon dressing is the perfect blend of sweetness and creaminess.

2 Ingredients Needed:

* all natural vanilla yogurt – 1 cup
*Reduce the Fat: use low-fat or nonfat yogurt

ground cinnamon – 1/2 tsp

In a small bowl, combine dressing ingredients until cinnamon is distributed evenly.
