Put all ingredients in a bowl and toss to combine.

The Greek yogurt has a thicker and creamier consistency than regular yogurt. Combined with the smokiness of the peppers and the salty capers, this tuna salad takes on a much richer taste and texture than the normal tuna salad we all know.
