5 Ingredients Needed:
macaroni pasta 3 cups cooked
canned tuna in oil 1 (6oz) can drained (reserve oil for dressing)
fresh shredded parmesan cheese 1/2 cup
walnuts 1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped
fresh squeezed lemon juice 2 tbsp
Make Ahead: - If you prefer, you can make the pasta ahead of time. Prepare according to package directions and measure out 3 cups

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, drained tuna and walnuts.
2. In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice and 1 tbsp of the reserved oil from the tuna. Whisk to combine completely.
3. Add dressing to the salad ingredients and toss.
4. Add cheese to the salad and toss again. Adjust the oil or lemon juice to your liking.
