5 Ingredients Needed:
package seasoned tofu – 1 1/2 cups cut into cubes (choose your favorite flavor)
** packaged broccoli/cauliflower florets – 1 cup washed, drained and cut into bite-size pieces
arugula – 3 cups washed and patted dry
pine nuts – 1 to 2 tbsp
bottled peanut sauce – 1/4 to 1/2 cup
