Strawberry Salad Recipe
This is a sweet and creamy strawberry salad recipe. Blending fresh juicy strawberries with the tropical taste of mango and the smoothness of cream cheese all in one easy fruit salad. It’s great as a light meal, a healthy fruit snack or the perfect fruit dessert.

Strawberry Salad
4 Ingredients Needed:
• 2 cups fresh strawberries (washed and dried and cut into medium sized pieces)
• 2 cups mango (fresh or *frozen – cut into medium sized pieces)
*Quick Tip: (frozen mango is quick and just as good and already cut into chunks)
• 2 cups seedless red or green grapes (washed and dried - cut each grape in half)
• 4 oz cream cheese (low fat if you prefer) (4 oz block cut into cubes - make sure the cream cheese is cold so cutting and preparation will work best)
2-3 servings
Make Ahead for this Salad:
- If using frozen mango - thaw

In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and toss gently. You don’t want to break up the cream cheese.
