A simple four ingredient salad dressing that’s perfect on your favorite spinach salad.

With a blend of flavors from olive oil, red wine vinegar and mustard, this easy spinach salad dressing can be used on potato salad, vegetables salads of all kinds and so much more. Take a look at the easy and delicious quick salad ideas and serving suggestions below.

Yield: Approximately 3/4 cup

4 Ingredients Needed:

olive oil – 1/2 cup

red wine vinegar – 1/4 cup

prepared mustard – 1 tsp

sour cream – 1 tbsp

In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until well combined.

Quick Salad Ideas - Salad Dressing Serving Suggestions:

Spinach Salad:

** Serve this easy dressing over a salad of washed and dried spinach leaves with chopped walnuts over the top.

Tomato Salad:

** This dressing recipe is also delicious when served over thin slices of tomato, jicama, cucumber and red onion.

Spicy Potato Salad:

** Simply boil a few red potatoes until tender, drain, cool and cube. Add diced celery, scallions and jalapeno peppers (take out the seeds, which contain the heat, and dice as much or as little as you like into the salad) and toss with this delicious dressing until you reach the desired moistness.
