Garlic Salad Dressing

Quick and easy, this spicy mustard garlic salad dressing has lots of flavor from garlic, horseradish mustard, fresh cilantro, balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

Use on your favorite salad or steamed potatoes and so much more. See the simple serving suggestions below for some easy ways to use this delicious spicy mustard garlic salad dressing.



Yield: Approximately 1 cup

5 Ingredients Needed:

olive oil – 1 cup

fresh garlic cloves – 2 to 3 peeled

horseradish mustard – 1 tbsp

balsamic vinegar – 1/4 cup

fresh cilantro – 1 tbsp

1. In a food processor or blender, add the garlic cloves and process until minced.

2. Add the mustard, vinegar and fresh cilantro.

3. Start machine and slowly add the oil in a steady stream until mixture begins to thicken.

4. Taste for seasoning and adjust if needed.

5. Refrigerate until ready to use.
