Quick Meals - Menu Planner:

Light Meal Ideas:

** Serve the spaghetti salad recipe with garlic flavored breadsticks and a simple side salad.

Quick Tip: An easy and attractive way to serve long pasta noodles (ex: spaghetti, fettuccini, linguine, etc), is to lift a portion size of the noodles out of the mixing bowl with metal tongs. As you serve it into individual bowls, slowly lower the noodles into the bowl and twist the metal tongs as you lower forming a spiral of noodles in the bowl. A grating of fresh cheese over the spiral of noodles looks very nice and appealing.

** Serve this easy pasta salad along with grilled vegetables.

Main Meal Ideas:

** Serve spaghetti salad along with broiled steak or hamburgers and a light fruit salad.

** Serve this quick salad recipe with stir fried chicken, broccoli and water chestnuts and warm garlic bread.
