Simple Crab Salad Recipe
This simple crab salad recipe is a made with sweet crabmeat, mandarin oranges,
fennel and parmesan cheese.

You will need 4 ingredients:
- Cooked Crabmeat (use pre-packaged variety or canned)
- Canned Mandarin Oranges
- Fennel
- Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients:
cooked crabmeat – 2 cups (flaked or roughly chopped)
canned mandarin oranges – 1/2 cup (reserve juice for dressing the salad) (you may leave sections whole and cut sections in half)
fennel – 1/2 cup thinly sliced and chopped
fresh parmesan cheese – as desired (you will be shaving or slicing finely over each salad)

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crabmeat, orange sections and the fennel.
2. Drizzle a bit of the juice from the oranges over the crab salad. Toss again, taste and add salt and pepper if desired.
3. When serving this easy crab salad, shave or slice the parmesan cheese over each salad as desired.
