Quick Meals - Menu Planner:

Main Meal Ideas:

** Serve this simple crab salad recipe scooped into grilled Portobello mushroom caps with warm wild rice seasoned with chopped fresh cilantro on the side.

** This easy crab salad also works well as a topping over udon, soba or your favorite pasta noodles with steamed asparagus tossed with lemon juice, olive oil and pine nuts on the side.

Light Meal Ideas (suitable for lunch or a light dinner):

** For a lighter meal, serve this easy seafood salad in radicchio lettuce leaf cups with a side of mango and pear slices. The slightly bitter taste of radicchio goes well with the sweetness of the crabmeat.

** Or make a simple presentation by serving salad over pear and avocado slices with whole grain rolls or crackers.
