This simple bean salad recipe is flavorful, quick, and ready in no time. Beans, corn, tomatoes, cheese and fresh cilantro add layers of flavor effortlessly to this great bean salad.

6 Ingredients Needed:

canned chili beans – 1 (15oz) can (rinsed and drained)

canned black beans – 1 (15oz) can (rinsed and drained)

fresh tomatoes – 1/2 cup chopped

frozen corn – 1/2 cup (thawed and drained)

shredded cheese cheddar – 1/2 cup

fresh cilantro – 1 tbsp (or to taste) chopped

Make Ahead:
- Thaw and drain the frozen corn

In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and toss well.
