This quick seafood salad recipe mixes your choice of seafood and a few simple ingredients that add a zesty tang to bring out the flavor of the seafood. In minutes you'll have that perfect quick, light, warm weather meal, great snack or appetizer.

You will need 5 ingredients:
- Cooked Seafood (your choice)
- Scallions
- Celery
- Salsa
- Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice


Make Ahead for this Salad:
- If you are cooking your own seafood, you
will need to prepare 2 cups of your chosen
fish and allow to cool

Ingredients:

2 cups of your choice of cooked seafood - cut into chunks
(tuna, salmon, lobster, and shrimp are good choices)

1 cup of scallions - medium chop

1 cup celery - diced

**1 - 1/2 cups of your favorite salsa

**lime juice - 1 tbsp fresh squeezed or to taste

** Instead of the salsa and lime juice, another
flavorful option is our
smoky pepper salsa.

1. Chop the seafood into bite size chunks.

2. Place all the other ingredients in a bowl.

3. Add the seafood to the bowl with the rest of the salad ingredients and toss well, making sure the fish is completely coated with salsa.

4. Allow seafood salad to marinate for at least an hour to absorb the salsa and lime juice.
