This delicious roasted pepper and chicken salad recipe requires only 5 ingredients and minimal preparation so you can have it ready in no time at all. Chicken combined with roasted red peppers, feta cheese, capers and basil create this easy and flavorful chicken salad in minutes.

5 Ingredients Needed:

chicken – 2 cups cooked and cubed

roasted red peppers – 1 cup roughly chopped

fresh feta cheese – 1/2 cup crumbled

capers – 1 tbsp

fresh basil – 1 tbsp chopped
(you may use 1/4 tsp of dried basil if preferred)

Make Ahead:
- If cooking your own chicken, prepare as desired and cube 2 cups

2. Allow salad to marinate for an hour before serving, tossing occasionally.
