Raw Food Cookbook

Raw Food Made Easy For 1 or 2 People

Raw Food Made Easy For 1 or 2 People

Raw food seems to be talked about a lot these days and I have several raw cookbooks. While they all have good things to offer, there is always something that makes certain cookbooks a favorite choice and this is one of my favorites. Even if you aren't into raw food 100% of the time this cookbook is really great for several reasons.

* The ingredient lists are short (YEAH!).

* There is minimal equipment involved (most recipes require only a food processor or blender to prepare).

* Simple preparation - just a few steps that are easy to follow (thanks to the author's clear instructions).

* Recipes make 1 to 2 servings - great idea especially if you are single or you just don't want to keep eating the same thing over and over to avoid spoiling. This is a great money saving idea too because there is less waste. You can always make more the next time if you really like the recipe.

I use this cookbook again and again because it's quick, easy, and the food is so fresh and flavorful. It's a great cooking resource whether you are hooked on raw food or just want to add more raw, natural, and healthy foods to your diet and menu options.

You may also want to check out the great companion DVD (Raw Food Made Easy).
