6 Ingredients Needed:
garbanzo beans – 1 (15oz) can rinsed and drained
fresh spinach – 4 cups ready-washed packaged spinach (torn into smaller pieces if desired)
red onion – 1/2 cup chopped
fresh parsley – 1/4 cup finely chopped
garlic oil – 1 tbsp
fresh squeezed lemon juice – 2 tsp
Herb Option: Try adding a little cumin or cinnamon or both to this salad for extra flavor.

1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and toss well.
