eggs - 4 hard boiled eggs - chopped
celery - 2 to 3 stalks diced
scallion - 1 diced
**mayonnaise - 1/2 cup or to desired moistness
Tip to Reduce Fat: use low-fat or nonfat mayonnaise
** Instead of mayonnaise, try our
