Peanutty Cabbage Salad Recipe
Our peanutty cabbage salad recipe requires only four ingredients and is filled with the great taste of peanuts and a bit of fruit and spice. A really quick salad that is packed with flavor.

4 Ingredients Needed:
cabbage – 4 cups sliced very thinly
scallions – 1/2 cup cut into short thin strips (this should require about 2 or 3 scallions) (cut each scallion into pieces, each about an inch long, then slice each section thinly the long way)
red apple – 1 cup medium dice (you can choose your favorite red variety)
peanut sauce – 1/4 cup (dilute the 1/4 cup with water until you have a thinned sauce to pour over the salad)

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cabbage, scallions and the apple.
2. In a separate bowl, combine the peanut sauce with water and mix well.
3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage salad and toss together to coat evenly. Taste for flavor and if you want a little more peanut taste add more of the sauce.
4. Allow salad to marinate in the refrigerator for about an hour before serving, tossing a couple of times.
Note: You may also want to use one or more of the following to garnish this quick cabbage salad.
