This pasta salad recipe with avocado lime salsa is creamy, spicy, and tangy. Five simple ingredients that are loaded with flavor and texture create this quick and easy pasta salad.

5 Ingredients Needed:

1 pound package of rotini or fusili pasta
(cooked according to package directions)

green pimiento-stuffed olives – 1/2 cup chopped

salsa (your favorite brand) – 1 (16 oz) jar

avocado – 1 medium size
(stone removed, peeled and cut into medium size pieces)

lime juice – 1 tbsp fresh squeezed

1. Prepare pasta according to package directions and drain.

2. Place pasta and olives in a bowl and mix together.

3. In a separate bowl, combine the salsa, avocado and the lime juice and mix well.

Creamier Option: If you want a creamier salsa, simply mash the avocado to your own preference and add to the salsa and lime juice.

4. To serve pasta salad, you can either place a portion of the pasta on each serving plate and spoon the avocado lime salsa over each serving or combine the avocado salsa with the pasta and toss together and then serve.
