A quick 4 ingredient orzo salad recipe that’s delicious. A nice blend of chicken, pesto and feta combine with the pasta to make a rich and flavorful salad.

4 Ingredients Needed:

orzo pasta – 3 cups cooked

cooked chicken – 2 cups cubed

bottled prepared pesto – 1/4 cup or to taste

feta cheese – 1/2 cup crumbled



Make Ahead:
- Prepared store bought chicken may be used. If making your own, prepare as desired and cube 2 cups

- You may cook the pasta ahead of time as per the package instructions and measure out 3 cups

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the pasta, chicken and the pesto and toss to combine well.

2. Add the feta cheese and toss again so cheese is distributed throughout the entire salad.
