1. In a bowl, combine the cabbage, scallions and the carrots.
2. In another small mixing bowl, or a glass jar with a lid, combine the seasoning packet from the soup with the sesame oil and the rice vinegar. Whisk or shake well to combine thoroughly.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
4. Crunch up the dry ramen noodles and sprinkle over the salad along with the sliced almonds and toss again.
