Orange Tuna Salad Recipe

5 Ingredients Needed:
canned tuna – 1 (6 oz) can water packed – drained
navel orange – (1) peeled, sectioned and cut into small chunks
capers – 1 tbsp
blue cheese – 1/4 cup crumbled
watercress – 3 to 4 cups washed, patted dry and roughly torn or chopped

In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Note: As you cut the orange into pieces, be sure to catch the juice on the cutting board and pour over the salad. This will be the dressing.
