chicken – 1 cup cooked and cubed
shrimp – 1 cup cooked and cut into medium chunks
mango – 1/2 cup diced
sweet red pepper – 1/2 cup diced
celery – 1/2 cup diced
soy sauce – 2 tbsp
fresh squeezed lime juice – 2 tbsp
Make Ahead:
- If cooking your own shrimp and chicken, prepare as desired and cut up
