This marinated chicken salad combines shrimp, mango, crisp vegetables and a citrusy marinade. A delicious layering of flavors in an easy to prepare salad recipe.

7 Ingredients Needed:

chicken – 1 cup cooked and cubed

shrimp – 1 cup cooked and cut into medium chunks

mango – 1/2 cup diced

sweet red pepper – 1/2 cup diced

celery – 1/2 cup diced

soy sauce – 2 tbsp

fresh squeezed lime juice – 2 tbsp

Make Ahead:
- If cooking your own shrimp and chicken, prepare as desired and cut up 1 cup of each

1. In a mixing bowl, place all the salad ingredients and toss to combine well.

2. Allow salad to marinate for at least an hour before serving, tossing occasionally.
