Our low fat salad dressing has only three ingredient that combines yogurt with salsa and fragrant cumin. An easy to make dressing that is delicious on salads and so much more.

See the serving suggestions below for some easy ideas for using this fast and flavorful salad dressing.



Yield: Approximately 1 cup

3 Ingredients Needed:

plain nonfat yogurt – 1/2 cup

prepared bottled salsa or picante - 1/2 cup
(choose your favorite brand)

cumin – 1/4 tsp

1. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.

2. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Quick Salad Ideas - Salad Dressing Serving Suggestions:

** Make an Easy Layered Salad:

On a serving plate, place in layers fresh washed baby spinach, then sliced cucumbers, thinly sliced red onion, a sprinkling of corn kernels and then the salad dressing. Finish with a light topping of grated cheese.

** For a Fast Bean Salad:

Add this quick dressing to rinsed and drained black beans, cut up water chestnuts, sliced celery and green peppers. Serve with thickly sliced French bread and you have a quick light lunch or snack.

** Try serving this quick and easy salad dressing over A Tropical Salad:

Spoon salad dressing over mango, avocado and cucumber chunks. Top off with some fresh chopped cilantro.
