Selecting:

When selecting, choose firm fruit and avoid any that show molding or feel mushy.

Storing and Handling Kiwi:

Store unripe fruit at room temperature until it is ripe. Ripe fruit should be refrigerated and will keep for a few days, at most.

Preparing:

Cut fruit in half and scoop out the flesh with a spoon or you can also carefully peel off the outer skin with a paring knife and then slice or cube the fruit as desired.
