Italian Salad
5 Ingredients Needed:
• 2 cups fresh plum tomatoes (medium dice)
• 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese (cubed)
• 1/2 to 3/4 cup fresh basil (roughly chopped or torn)
• 1/2 cup pitted black olives (large chop)
• 1/2 cup Italian dressing (choose your favorite all natural brand)

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the tomatoes, cheese, basil and olives.
2. Pour the dressing over salad and toss well to combine.
You may also want to add one or more of the following to bring some extra flavor and texture to this great ethnic salad. Add as much or as little as you choose.
