6 Ingredients Needed:
red delicious apple - 1 large apple sliced thinly (squeeze lemon juice over slices to prevent discoloring)
red or green grapes - 1 cup (slice each grape in half)
navel orange - 1 large orange peeled and sectioned and cut into chunks
sliced almonds - 1/2 cup
lemon yogurt (1 to 1-1/2 cups) or to desired moistness
ground nutmeg - 1/4 to 1/2 tsp (or to taste)

1. In a bowl, combine the fruit with the yogurt and toss well.
2. Divide the fruit among two salad bowls (this salad looks really nice when put into glass bowls).
