Easy Ramen and Shrimp Salad:

Just a few ingredients create this full bodied quick salad recipe. Ramen noodles with sweet baby shrimp, bacon and a simple vinaigrette are combined effortlessly to produce this delicious salad in minutes.

2-3 servings (as a main meal)

You will need 4 ingredients:

- Packaged Ramen Noodle Soup (choose the flavor you like)
- Cooked Small Shrimp
- Bacon
- Vinaigrette Dressing (your choice of store bought variety)



Make Ahead for this Salad:

- Prepare the ramen noodles as directed
(reserve the seasoning packets)

- Cook 4 slices of bacon until crispy,
cool and crumble

Ingredients:

packaged ramen noodle soup mix – 2 packages
(prepare noodles as directed – reserve the seasoning packets)

cooked small shrimp – 4 oz
(canned (rinsed and drained) or frozen (thawed and drained) may be used)

crispy cooked bacon – 4 slices cooked, cooled and crumbled

vinaigrette dressing – your choice of store bought variety
(1/3 cup or to desired moistness)

You can complete steps 1 and 2 and prepare ahead of time:

1. Ramen noodles: prepare according to package directions and drain. Reserve seasoning packets.

2. Bacon: cook four slices until crispy, drain and crumble.

3. In a mixing bowl, combine the prepared noodles, shrimp and bacon.

4. Add the vinaigrette dressing and toss well.

5. If desired, add a sprinkling of the seasoning from the packet included with the ramen soup mix. Toss well making sure the noodles are well coated.
