Easy Noodle Salad Recipe
Egg noodles are combined with flavorful mushrooms, crunchy cabbage, cilantro and sesame oil to create this easy noodle salad recipe.

5 Ingredients Needed:
egg noodles – no yolk variety – 2 cups cooked according to package directions
shiitake mushrooms – 1 cup thinly sliced (be sure to thoroughly clean mushrooms before using)
shredded cabbage – 1 cup
*Quick Tip: Use pre-packaged shredded cabbage to speed up preparation time.
fresh cilantro – 1 tbsp finely chopped
sesame oil – to desired moistness

1. Start by preparing the noodles according to package directions.
2. While noodles are cooking, prepare the vegetables and the cilantro and put in a mixing bowl.
3. When noodles are finished cooking, drain and add to the bowl. While still warm, add the sesame oil by drizzling over the ingredients and tossing well until the desired moistness is achieved.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
This salad is good when served while the noodles are still warm.
