This easy fruit salad is a tropical delight. Creamy mango, sweet kiwi and tangy pineapple combine in a velvety yogurt and lime dressing to make a quick and flavorful fruit salad.

This quick fruit salad not only works as an easy breakfast salad but also doubles as a terrific dessert that you can prepare in minutes.

5 Ingredients Needed:

mango (fresh or frozen(thawed and drained)) –
(if fresh)1 cup peeled, seed removed and diced

fresh kiwi – 1 cup peeled and diced

pineapple (fresh or frozen(thawed and drained)) -
(if fresh) 1 cup skin and core removed and diced

low-fat vanilla yogurt – 1 to 1-1/2 cups

lime zest – 1/2 tsp


Make Ahead for this Salad:
- If you are using frozen fruit for
any of the fruit, thaw and drain in advance

1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the fruit.

2. In another bowl combine the yogurt and lime zest and mix well.
