Dill Chicken Salad

6 Ingredients Needed:
cooked chicken – 3 cups cubed (prepare chicken as desired, baked or broiled works well)
hearts of palm – 1 cup cut into 1/2" chunks
red onion – 1/2 cup cut thinly in half-moons and separated
pimiento stuffed olives – 1/4 cup small dice
plain yogurt – 1/2 to 3/4 cup
fresh or dried dill – fresh (about 1 tbsp finely chopped) or dried (about 1/4 tsp) (adjust dill to suit your own taste)
Make Ahead:
- If cooking your own chicken, prepare ahead of time and cube 3 cups

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, hearts of palm, red onion and olives.
2. In another small bowl, combine the yogurt and the dill mixing completely.
3. Add the yogurt dressing to the salad ingredients and toss to combine.
4. Allow salad to sit in the refrigerator for at least a half an hour to allow the flavors to develop.
