Tropical Mango Salsa




Our Crunchy Tropical Mango Salsa is fresh, creamy and crunchy. Filled with the great tastes and textures of mango, tomatoes, crunchy jicama and fresh squeezed lemon juice, you can create this delicious salsa recipe quickly and easily.

A great salsa to serve with chips, seafood and so much more. Take a look at the quick meal ideas and serving suggestions listed below.



Yield: Approximately 3 cups





You will need 4 ingredients:

- Mango (Fresh or Frozen)
- Tomatoes
- Jicama
- Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice

Ingredients:

mango – 2 cups diced
(if using frozen – thaw and drain and cut into small dice)
(if using fresh – peel, remove pit and
cut fruit into small dice)

fresh tomatoes – 1 cup diced

jicama – 1/2 cup diced

fresh squeezed lemon juice – 1 tsp or to taste

In a mixing bowl, combine all the salsa ingredients and mix well.

Note: Allow to marinate for at least an hour.

** Quick Seafood Salad

Shrimp Mango Cocktail


2 - Avocados           In parfait or martini glasses, place
 peeled, stone         cubes of avocado in the bottom of
 removed and cubed     each glass.  Next place cubes of 
                       cooked shrimp and then the mango salsa.
10 - 12 medium         Keep layering until all the ingredients
 cooked and shelled    are used up.

                       breadsticks.
