This cranberry smoked turkey salad recipe is a very simple recipe using just a few ingredients that can be put together very quickly. It combines
smoked turkey, cranberries, yogurt and fresh parsley to create this delicious turkey salad.

5 Ingredients Needed:

* smoked turkey - 2 cups cubed

* Quick Tip: Use store bought packaged smoked turkey to save time or
leftover turkey if you have any.


dried cranberries - 1/4 cup roughly chopped
(If you prefer a tart taste use the unsweetened variety
and soften in water or orange juice for thirty minutes before adding to ingredients. If you like a sweeter salad, use presweetened dried cranberries.)

celery - 3/4 cup chopped

plain nonfat yogurt - 1/2 cup or to desired moistness

fresh parsley - 1 tbsp chopped


Make Ahead:
- If using unsweetened cranberries, soak berries in water or orange juice for thirty minutes or until plumped and moistened.

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the turkey, cranberries and the celery.

2. In a smaller bowl, combine the yogurt with the parsley and mix well.

3. Add the yogurt mixture to the turkey salad ingredients and toss well to combine.
