7 Ingredients Needed

chicken breasts – 2 cooked (large, boned and skinless)
(cut into medium sized pieces)

bacon – 4 slices cooked and diced

avocado – (1) peeled, pitted and diced

tomatoes – 1 large or 2 medium – diced

blue cheese – 2 oz – crumbled

all natural bottled French or Italian dressing – to desired moistness

salad greens

Make Ahead:
- 2 large, boned, and skinless chicken breasts – cooked, cooled and cut into medium sized pieces

- 4 bacon slices cooked and diced

1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, bacon, avocado, tomatoes and blue cheese.

2. Pour salad dressing over cobb salad to coat until desired moistness is achieved. Combine well and refrigerate salad to allow flavors to develop.

** Serve this recipe for cobb salad over a bed of your favorite washed and dried salad greens along with plain or flavored breadsticks. A combination of leaf lettuces, endive or watercress and romaine are good choices.
