6 Ingredients Needed:
**broccoli 1 cup cut into small pieces
**cauliflower 1 cup cut into small pieces
**celery 1/2 cup cut into small dice
sliced water chestnuts 1/2 cup (slice each piece in half)
**red onion 1/4 cup diced
*bottled all natural oil and vinegar dressing 1/2 cup or to desired moistness

**Quick Tip: To speed up preparation, the broccoli, cauliflower, celery and red onion may be processed in a food processor to desired consistency.

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, celery, water chestnuts and red onion.
2. Pour dressing over all and toss to coat well, adding more dressing if needed.
