Yield: approx. 1 cup

5 Ingredients Needed:

olive oil – 1/2 cup

fresh squeezed lemon juice – 1/4 cup

fresh garlic – 1 clove crushed

worcestershire sauce – 1 tsp

anchovies – 2 to 3 diced finely

1. Place all the salad dressing ingredients into a small mixing bowl or glass jar with lid. Whisk or shake thoroughly until well combined.

2. Add salt and pepper to taste if desired.

Special Note: Because of the Worcestershire sauce and the anchovies, this salad dressing is already very salty so add salt carefully, if at all.

Quick Meal Ideas:

** Serve salad dressing over our Caesar salad, omitting the anchovies and the store bought Caesar dressing, substituting this salad dressing instead. Serve along with a bowl of vegetable soup and whole grain crackers.

** This Caesar salad dressing also works well with any simple vegetable salad. It dresses up simple greens and gives a nice rich flavor. Add a bowl of warm spaghetti tossed with your favorite pasta sauce and garlic bread.

** This Caesar Dressing can be served on fresh spinach leaves and mandarin orange slices along with your favorite sandwich.
