This bibb lettuce salad recipe is really simple to make, combining bibb leaf lettuce, sweet bell peppers, smoked salmon, crunchy cucumbers and a creamy mustard dressing.

6 Ingredients Needed:

bibb lettuce – 2 medium heads
(separate leaves, wash, and pat dry)

sweet yellow bell pepper – 1 large pepper
(clean and slice into long thin strips)

sliced smoked salmon – 1 (4oz) package

cucumbers – 1/2 cup thinly sliced

* mayonnaise – 4 tbsp

Dijon mustard – 1 tbsp

1. Divide lettuce leaves between the serving plates.

2. Do the same with the sliced yellow pepper.

3. Next, divide the salmon slices among the plates and place on top of the peppers.

4. Layer the cucumber slices over the salmon.

5. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and the mustard and top each lettuce salad with the dressing.
