This berry cream dressing is a smooth and fruity topping that goes well with any lettuce salad, as well as, any fruit salad. It can be whipped up in just a few minutes in a blender. It’s a quick salad dressing that’s as easy as it gets.

If you want, you can change the fruit that you use in this salad dressing recipe to any of your special favorites and create your own unique fruit dressing quickly and easily. Use your imagination and this creamy dressing will be new and different every time.

Yield: 1 – 1 1/2 cups

3 Ingredients Needed:

berries of choice – 1 cup(strawberries and blueberries
are a good choice because of the lack of seeds)

* sour cream – 1/2 cup

* Quick Tip: To reduce the fat content of this dressing, substitute either low-fat sour cream or nonfat yogurt for the sour cream.

maple syrup or honey – 1 tbsp
