8 Ingredients Needed:

baby bok choy leaves - 4 cups of washed and dried leaves

daikon radish - 1 cup thinly sliced half-moons

celery - 1 cup thinly sliced

carrots - 1 cup small dice

flavored tofu - 1 cup cut into medium chunks
(choose your favorite natural variety)

olive oil or toasted sesame oil - 1 tbsp

honey - 1 tbsp

soy sauce or tamari - 1 tbsp

________________________________________________________

1. On two plates arrange the bok choy leaves, pointing the smaller end of the leaves toward the center of the plates.

2. In a mixing bowl, add all the prepared vegetables and the cut up tofu.

3. In a smaller mixing bowl, combine the oil, **honey and soy sauce or tamari mixing until well combined.

**Quick Tip: Because honey is so sticky, measure out the oil first and then the honey. By doing it in this order the honey will slip effortlessly from the measuring spoon and make this job that much quicker.

4. Add the dressing to the salad and toss to coat evenly. You can allow this quick salad to marinate for an hour or so to give the vegetables time to absorb the flavor of the dressing.

Serve this Asian salad on top of the bok choy and enjoy with crusty bread and/or a bowl of soup. The bok choy may be steamed lightly, if you prefer, before arranging on the salad plates. Try the other suggestions below for easy serving ideas for this flavorful quick Asian salad recipe.
