Apple Salad
Apples, raisins and walnuts make this simple apple salad a refreshing sweet dish whenever the mood hits.
It's a great salad just as it is but with the easy ingredient exchanges and additions listed below you can add to this salad to make it a little more complex or turn it into something different altogether. Use the menu planner to create a variety of quick meals.

4 Ingredients Needed:
apples - 2 cups diced (choose your favorite apples) (red delicious, gala, or fuji apples work well)
raisins - 1/2 cup
walnuts - 1/2 cup chopped
*ground cinnamon - 1 tsp (or to taste)
*Optionally, instead of just cinnamon, you can use our
yogurt cinnamon dressing

In a bowl, combine all the fruit salad ingredients. Toss to coat well. You want to distribute the cinnamon throughout the salad ingredients.
