Antipasto Salad Recipe
A simple and quick antipasto salad recipe that is a breeze to make. The tastes of flavorful meat, cheese, olives and crunchy vegetables make a great salad recipe that can be assembled quickly and easily.
Its a great make ahead meal that tastes better the longer it marinates.
This salad recipe is very flexible. Use more or less of the salad ingredients to suit your taste and the amount of servings you desire.

7 Ingredients Needed:
hard salami 1/4 lb thinly sliced
gouda cheese 4 oz cut into cubes
swiss cheese 4 oz cut into cubes
green pepper 1 cup chopped into medium dice
pitted black olives 1 cup chopped
all natural bottled Italian salad dressing 1/2 to 3/4 cup
salad greens

1. Combine all the salad ingredients, except the salad greens, in a large mixing bowl. Toss to completely coat everything with the dressing.
2. Chill Antipasto salad until ready to use. This salad may be made ahead of time and allowed to marinate.
3. When ready to serve, arrange salad greens on individual servings plates and top with the chilled salad.
