This ambrosia fruit salad is so easy to make and one you will enjoy any time. It has only four simple ingredients, oranges, pineapple, strawberries and coconut, but it's so full of flavor. It's a great light dessert whenever you entertain or just a nice treat for yourself.

4 Ingredients Needed:

1 cup of orange sections - cut into chunks

1 cup of cubed pineapple

1 cup of sliced strawberries

coconut - shredded (raw or toasted - to taste)

In a bowl, toss the first three ingredients together. Reserve the coconut for garnish when serving.

** Layered Fruit Salad: Layer fruits in two serving dishes. This salad is very appealing when served in glass bowls. Garnish with the coconut. Serve along with cinnamon flavored pita chips or rice cakes.
