Asian Salad Dressing

An easy salad dressing with an Asian flavor. Rice vinegar, soy sauce, ginger and lime come together to give this quick Asian salad dressing its full rich flavor.

Take a look at the quick and easy serving suggestions below for this delicious dressing.

Yield: Approximately 1/2 cup


You will need 5 ingredients:

- Rice Vinegar
- Soy Sauce or Tamari Soy Sauce
- Toasted Sesame Oil
- Fresh Ginger
- Lime

Ingredients:

rice vinegar – 2 tbsp

soy sauce or tamari soy sauce – 2 tbsp

toasted sesame oil – 2 tbsp

fresh grated ginger – 1 tsp

fresh squeezed lime juice – 2 tbsp

__________________________________________________________


In mixing bowl, whisk all salad dressing ingredients together completely.

Crunchy Asian Tuna Salad


1 (6oz) can water-packed    In a mixing bowl, combine the
 tuna - drained             drained tuna, snow peas, water
                            chestnuts and peanuts.
1/4 cup chopped snow peas   
                            Add enough Asian salad dressing
1/4 cup sliced water        to reach desired moistness.
 chestnuts 
                            Mound salad on salad greens.
1/4 cup chopped
 peanuts                                      Serves 2
